In toamna anului 1996 acesta isi lansa cel de-al treilea album, Hold It Down. Albumul a fost produs de catre DJ Premier, Pete Rock si Easy Mo Bee si continea 20 de track-uri printre care si Old Joint-ul de astazi, Real Hip Hop.
